RETURNS:
We proudly stand behind the quality of the products we sell.. If, for any reason you are dissatisfied with any item, we will gladly take it back within 14 days of receipt and refund you the entire purchase price including shipping. Please let us know the reason for your return so that, hopefully,we can serve you better in the future.
The item MUST be returned in an unused condition. All our earrings are for pierced ears and we would not consider re-selling a used item and therefore would not be able to offer a refund.
In the unlikely event that we have processed your order incorrectly or sent you a defective item, please let us know and we will send you a pre-paid envelope and returns form. We will gladly take back that item and credit you with the total purchase price including shipping and take whatever corrective action that you have requested on the returns form. We will refund the purchase price of a defective item up to 60 days from purchase and the stipulation that only unused items can be returned does not apply.
DELIVERY:
All our items are made to order and this can take upto 4 weeks until delivery. We will ALWAYS email you to offer a delivery date. All our jewellery above a minimum weight, must be sent for assay and to be hall marked. If the advised delivery date is unacceptable we will refund the total order value.
We use the Royal Mail to deliver the majority of consignments using the Special Delivery service. All consignments are sent subject to any terms and conditions imposed by Royal Mail. Any reference to compensation is the compensation from Royal Mail. Delivery is free for orders with a value of more than £75.00 otherwise there is a standard price of £4.50.
UK Delivery
We always send by Special Delivery - this requires a signature on receipt of the consignment.
Special Delivery; delivery is guaranteed next day ( see www.royalmail.com for exceptions). The consignment can be followed using the track and trace application. Compensation is include upto a value of £500 and can go up to a maximum of £2500.
Rest Of The World
International Signed For Air Mail; will need a signature upon delivery. The aim is to deliver to Western European addresses within three working days of posting but may take up to 7 days for the rest of the World. Compensation cover is only up to £32. If an item is lost then we will refund the total order value less £32.00
