Five 6mm diameter plique-a-jour enamelled disks (the enamel is completely transparent and has no backing) joined with unequal lengths of wire, wrapped in fine wire and fused. The pendant is made entirely from pure silver or pure (24 carat) gold and is suspended from a sterling silver or 9 carat yellow gold fine snake or curb chain. Total drop 60mm.. The enamel is available in a wide variety of colours - red is shown with a snake chain. Inspired by an item in the British Museum.  Complements a similar design of earrings.
