A simple sterling silver silver, palladium or 9 carat white or yellow gold 6.5mm wide with three hand cut insets (spaced evenly around the ring) which are filled with very sparkly transparent enamel - this has very fine holographic particles embedded which adds a beautiful sparkly effect.  The ring is available in all ring sizes and with a wide variety of inset colours.  The ring shown is made from Sterling Silver with Royal Blue Inset enamel.
